To individual customers from wholesale distributors and retail shops:
We appreciate and value your support in AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH products. If any problems or issues of the products, please report to the shops or dealers to which your orders are placed. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH has no obligation to response to individual customers who order from any other sources but AST online shop. Thanks for your understanding.
To AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH wholesale distributors and retail shops:
We appreciate and value our business relationships and your support in us. When you place an order, if any problems or issues of the products, please contact us within three days from the date of arrival at your shipping address, with order number, Return / Exchange Form, and supporting information. Extra shipping costs or repair fees will be charged after three days. Any problems or issues of the products from individual customers should be reported to us by the distributors and shops. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH have no obligation to response to individual customers who order from any other sources but AST online shop. For more information, please check Return Policy. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH reserves all the rights. Any changes or modifications will take immediate effect. Please review any other applicable policies periodically in order to understand the terms and conditions that apply. And please feel free to contact us if any inquiries.

AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH always ship order after payment received. Any request for prior shipment will be ignored. Agent product such as original parts and GBB/AEG takes 2-3 weeks for preparation. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH will not prepare/order agent products for unpaid orders.
Airsoft Gun Shipment-
* Each Custom gun will be tested and examined before shipment. Some scratches are unavoidable when testing. This is not applied as defective item. Agent products will not be tested before shipment. If any problem, please find Return/Exchange Policy.
* Each country has its own regulations on Airsoft gun importation. Generally, AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHwill provide a velocity paper and, for Russia and Canada area, a declaration for airsoft guns is needed. Customer is expected to provide AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHthe correct information for packing and shipping documents. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHis not responsible for the seizure and return. The following procedure, please check “Package seized/returned”.
* If any other parts are needed to meet local regulations, there will be an extra fee. For example, power-break, orange/red tip and NPAS kit.
Delivery-
* EMS: 5-7 business days
* Airmail: 10-12 business days
* UPS/FedEx Economic: 1-3 business days
(UPS don’t ship airsoft guns to Asia. FedEx ONLY accept split to upper and lower receiver (pistol: slide and frame))
If you didn’t receive your package within above suggested period, please contact the assigned express/delivery unit.
Tracking number-
*Tracking number is given when a package is sent. However, the update work depends on the post system in each country. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHis not responsible for the shipping status or result.
Damage shipment-
* Please check product before delivery staff. If damage happened, please report to the delivery staff directly or local post office if via Airmail.
Package seized/returned-
* AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHis not responsible for any package seized unless the seizure is due to document lost. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHwill provide the document according to customers’ instruction, however, AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHis not responsible for the result of clearance.
* If package is returned due to unclaimed or wrong shipping information, customer is responsible for the resend shipping cost and there will be an extra handling fee USD10.
Forwarder-
* AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH do not accept combined shipment and do not keep goods from other company/store. If customer requests that AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH send goods to other shipping address, AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH is not responsible for the goods completion or Q’ty once shipped.
The return policy applies to any purchase made through AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECHsales and website. We offer a 3 Days Return / Exchange Policy for factory defective items from the date of arrival at your shipping address.
The returned item from you must meet the requirements stated below:
Ø Evidence to prove the item defective, dysfunction or damage within 3 days.
Ø Complete airsoft rifle / pistol must be disassembled (to meet Taiwan’s regulations) and shipped only the defective parts judged by AST (Airsoft Taiwan).
Ø All returns, for any reason, must be packed with instruction booklets and all other supplied accessories when it was first delivered to you.
You would have to cover the extra shipping costs and repair fees if your warranty has expired (more than 3 days from the date you receive the items) or any of the followings apply:
Ø Inappropriate use of the item
Ø Disassembly and / or modification of the item
Ø Special sales or limited edition items.
Ø Agent products.
Before you return your items, you must contact usvia our Return/Exchange email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Return/Exchange inquiry email that send to other mailbox will be ignored. Any returns sent without informing us will not be accepted. Please don't return items to us without our prior approval. Please include the following information when returning an item:
Ø A copy of your original invoice (inside the shipping box)
Ø Supporting pictures or videos
We pay for the return shipping costs ONLY IF the return is a result of an error made by AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH. AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH reserves the final right to determine the proper action in all circumstances.
These damaged or defective items must be returned to us securely packed. After we receive the returned item, certified airsoft technicians will examine and test the defective item. The whole testing procedure will be recorded on video for your reference. If we find the defect described in your message, we will decide upon appropriate action, including but not limited to the following:
Ø Repair the items and return them to you
Ø Ship a new set of items to you
If the item is well-function and no defects detected, we would send it right back to you. And you would have to cover the shipping and examine fees USD 10. It generally takes 2-3 weeks to process a return. We recommend you to send your return via a reliable courier and we are not responsible for lost returns.
Please contact us within 3 days from the date you receive the items for exchange. The exchanged item from you must meet the requirements stated below:
Ø You are responsible for the shipping costs.
Ø The item is 100 % in new condition (judged by AST (Airsoft Taiwan)/RA-TECH.
Ø Customer pays for the difference. Balance will be store credit.
Ø Only parts will be accepted for exchange. Complete airsoft rifle / pistol are not exchangeable.
Before you exchange your items, you must contact us. Any returns sent without informing us will not be accepted. Please don't send items to us without our prior consent. Please include the following information when returning an item:
Ø A copy of your original invoice (inside the shipping box)
Ø Supporting pictures or videos to prove the item is 100% new.
